Stroll Down Tory Row

Tory Row is one famous road in these parts. It’s a road (row) of historic houses that are ginormous, and I’m sure cost quite a pretty penny (pretty sure they’re in the millions). Regardless of our inability to ever live in one, they are pretty stunning from the outside, so we decided to take a little walk down there to check them out and reminisce about how this area might have been in colonial times. Along with the houses, the area itself was quite scenic, as most of Cambridge is…picture brick sidewalks and lush trees surrounding large, colonial homes. Here are a few photos of these stunning homes:20140812_123625 20140812_123802 20140812_123914 20140812_124651

Lovely way to spend a couple hours. We also had stopped into Dunkin’ Donuts, which are everywhere out here, to get a coffee, which always makes your day better. 🙂

PS, for the parents, if you every come visit us, we’d be happy to take you on a little adventure to this road…just saying.

  1. I like that pink-ish one. You all can buy it for me.

I will probably only live in it a couple of weeks out of the year, since it’s practically at the North Pole, but it is the thought that counts.
